Personal Gourmet Chef Featured on WMUR-TV’s Cooks Corner Portsmouth, NH – Christine Cooks For You, a customized in-home personal chef service that caters to busy executives and families, was recently featured on WMUR-TV Channel 9’s Cooks Corner. Christine Cooks For You is owned and operated by Christine LaFemina who offers ‘palate-specific’ personal meals cooked from fresh ingredients in the comfort of your own home.On the Cooks Corner segment, while demonstrating how to make Stuffed Seafood Portabello Mushrooms, Christine explained that she meets with each client to conduct a personal interview. In this interview, she will determine what they like to eat and whether or not they have any specific dietary requirements that need to be met. Once menus are agreed upon, she will custom design entrees with gourmet flair. "I shop for all the food, come into the client’s home with my own equipment, and spend about five hours cooking several meals for the week. Then I package the food, label all containers with simple heating instructions and clean up the kitchen. Nothing is left behind except delicious smells and great food," says Christine. The fee for a personal chef service is very affordable when compared to dining out. Most importantly, Christine’s service allows executives and families more time at the end of a busy day. Her clients can relax knowing that she will take care of all the shopping, cooking and cleaning.
