I went to Candy Wallace’s seminar at the ACF Chef’s Forum 2001, and was thoroughly impressed and interested in what she had to say. Best seminar I ever attended! Have to save for the dues money, but will join as soon as I can. Would love for this to be my new career, and need to learn everything I can about pursuing it. I do personal catering now, but would probably be able to begin my search for a client base from the one I have. I’m so excited!!! Thank you for being available for people like me!
