I went to the Boston Training session This last week-end. After joning the APPCA last June, I started with the materials only due to many “life things” going on with my family. Becoming a Personal Chef is a dream come true for me so reading through the materials and acting on them covered all aspects of getting my business started. But I have to say that meeting with Jim and the other Chefs who came to the meeting to help out, was inspirational. Speaking with them pulled the program together to show that it really can be successful. The Training put the icing on the cake.
