I just wanted to post this for anyone considering becoming a PC. Joining the APPCA was a great thing to do and really helped me get my feet off the ground. It was a difficult decision to make the jump, with a new baby and a wife that wasn’t working but I am so glad that I did it. Starting your own business is not easy at all, if it was, everyone would do it. But it is very rewarding at the end of the day to know that my name is behind the food I create. I originally was looking at the USPCA but was unsatisfied with their customer service, I dug deeper, found the APPCA and called Candy. We spoke for about 40 minutes and I decided to make the move. Calling Candy was one of the best decisions I have made in my new business! If you are considering becoming a PC, you should absolutely speak with her! My business is growing each month and I am so excited that I am now doing what I love!
