Thank you so much for the wealth of information that you provided on Saturday at the seminar…it was exactly what I was hoping for. You are such an inspiration and pioneer for the personal chef industry. I finally feel like I have found my niche and it is because of a profession that you and those around you carved out that people like me will have a place in this “food” world.
